December brings the end of 2018 but the start to our Babe Shredder Austin "off-season." By this we mean, taking a short break from our usual wakeboard cable nights and focusing on maintaining strength and activity in other ways. We kicked off a meal prep and nutrition session with Austin Certified Sports Nutritionist, Lauren Ogle Trub.
