New Babe Shredder Cayla joined us for her first of many Babe Shredder Austin Board Meetings! Quest ATX wakeboard legend, Beau even joined us as our Babe Shredder Celebrity. ​

Babe Shredder Austin Rocks!

The Austin Bouldering Project rocked our Babe Shredder Austin  Board Meeting this week! Bouldering offers our shoulder and forearm muscles conditioning similar to wakeboarding. We recovered from our exhausting upper body workout with a yoga class learning postures to keep our muscles healthy before and after riding on the water or mountain!
