When learning to land new tricks on your snowboard, wakeboard, skateboard, or surfboard your core strength and balance must be in sync. Here are three easy workouts using the Bosu ball that will improve your ability to land a trick even on your weakest attempt. Round Abouts: a simple maneuver that strengthens and engages your core and balance to withstand even the most awkward landings. Leg Lifts: strengthens your ability to remained balanced throughout a trick while your weight is being shifted. Steady Squats: when attempting a trick we never approach from a straight standing position.
